A note about our books:

All books listed as first editions are first printings, unless otherwise noted. All books are guaranteed to be as described in their listing or they may be returned for a full refund, postage included, within 7 days of receipt, provided they are received back in the same condition (see below for additional information). All books are preserved and sold in archival dust jacket protectors and are packaged securely for shipment. Our highest grade for book condition is "fine."

A note about our posters:

All posters are guaranteed originals and were issued for the original theatrical release of the film, unless otherwise noted (Certificates of Authenticity provided for free, upon request.) All posters noted as folded have been previously unfolded and preserved in mylar sleeves against acid-free board (and, in certain cases, will be rolled and tubed for shipment). All posters are guaranteed to be as described in their listing or they may be returned for a full refund, postage included, within 7 days of receipt, provided they are received back in the same condition (see below for additional information). All posters are packaged securely and shipped in sturdy boxes, flat packs or tubes, as the case may be. Our highest grade for poster condition is “near mint”. Ordering:

Any item may be ordered at any time by using our website shopping cart and check-out process. All Bloody Rare sites utilize the same shopping cart so that items added to the shopping cart from any Bloody Rare site can be purchased at the same time and through the same check-out process. Alternatively, items may be reserved for a limited time by calling or e-mailing us at the information listed on our contact page. Items ordered or reserved are always subject to prior sale. In such event, we will offer you a duplicate copy, if such exists.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we are not satisfied unless you are. All items are guaranteed to be as described or they may be returned for a full refund, postage included, provided they are received back in the same condition within 7 days of receipt. We also ask that you notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it. All return shipments must be shipped insured, and in the original packaging (if possible).

Special Orders:

If you cannot find that book, poster or screenplay that you're looking for, just send us an email or use our Want service, and we'll do our best to track it down, as quickly as possible. To create a Want, just click here. To send us an email, write to info@bloodyrare.com.

Payment:

We accept payment in the form of MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, in addition to PayPal. In the event a customer prefers to pay by check, the order should be called in to us at (603) 686-7168, and arrangements will be discussed. No order will be processed or shipped until the check has cleared. Libraries and institutions may order using purchase orders and will be billed pursuant to terms agreed to in advance of first order.

Security:

Bloodyrare.com serves as the check-out point for all items purchased from any of the Bloody Rare sites and it is SSL encrypted on Apache servers and guaranteed secure by GeoTrust. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your credit card information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. (Note the change from http:// to https:// in the URL as you enter our Secure Payment mode.)

Shipping

For Books or Screenplays

Domestic shipping:

For domestic mail (within the U.S.): USPS Media Mail (6-10 business days delivery) will be billed at $4.00 for the first book, and $2.00 for each additional book in the same order. USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (3-6 business days delivery) will be billed at $9.00 for the first book, and $4.50 for each additional book in the same order. FedEx 2Day delivery will be billed at $25.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order. USPS Express Mail (delivery in 1 business day to most areas) will be billed at $30.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order. Please let us know if you desire another form of shipping, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. All delivery times are approximate.

For international mail (outside the continental U.S.):

USPS First Class Mail* International shipments to Canada (shipping times vary but expect anywhere from 7 - 21 business days) will be billed at $15.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order; USPS Priority Mail International shipments to Canada (6-10 days delivery) will be billed at $25.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order; and USPS Express Mail International shipments to Canada (3-6 days delivery) will be billed at $35.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order.

USPS First Class Mail* International shipments to all other countries (shipping times vary but expect anywhere from 7 - 21 business days) will be billed at $25.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book in the same order; USPS Priority Mail International shipments to all other countries (6-10 days delivery) will be billed at $40.00 for the first book, and $10.00 for each additional book in the same order; and USPS Express Mail International shipments to all other countries (3-6 days delivery) will be billed at $50.00 for the first book, and $10.00 for each additional book in the same order.

*Please note that Canadian and International shipments requested to be sent via First Class Mail International are not trackable and have a USPS weight limit of 4 pounds. Any shipment exceeding this weight limit will be subject to additional postage fees in order for us to upgrade your order to USPS Priority Mail International.
